Our studio is home to two distinct spaces, each designed to support different needs β€” from heat-based, strength-focused practice to slower, restorative sessions for recovery and nervous system care.

We believe yoga and movement work best when balanced with rest, warmth, and time to slow down.

Which class should I come to?

This is one of the questions we’re asked most often β€” and the honest answer is: it depends on what your body and nervous system need right now.

That’s why we always recommend starting with an introductory pass, so you can explore a range of classes and feel what truly supports you. Regular practice matters far more than choosing the β€œperfect” class β€” the more consistently you come, the better you’ll feel.

If you’re drawn to movement, heat, strength, and energy, Ember classes are a powerful place to begin.

These sessions support:

  • Strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness

  • Building heat, resilience, and confidence

  • A strong, embodied sense of momentum

If you’re reasonably healthy and enjoy being challenged, Ember classes can feel energising and empowering. And if you’re newer to yoga or returning after a break, the warmth helps muscles soften so you can build strength gradually and safely β€” every teacher will guide you to options that suit your body.

If you’re craving deep rest, grounding, and nervous-system support, Soma Luna is your sanctuary.

These practices focus on:

  • Slower movement and mindful awareness

  • Restorative yoga, somatics, breathwork, and meditation

  • Replenishing energy rather than pushing limits

Soma Luna is ideal if you’re feeling tired, stressed, in pain, or simply needing space to soften and reconnect.

There’s no β€œright” or β€œwrong” choice


Practice here isn’t competitive.
It’s not a performance or a workout to get through.
It’s a practice β€” one that adapts as your life, health, and energy change.

Many students enjoy both Ember and Soma Luna,
