Each Sussex weekend module is on Saturday from 8.30 am until 6 pm and from 9 - 5 on Sundays.

Be Yoga Sussex is a fully quipped and beautiful setting to train in with ongoing support from the community and the teaching team.

Price £2250 includes all lunches & drinks during the modules, your bespoke, jewelled mala beads and library membership during the training.

This week-long winter sunshine trip is also available as an 80-hour immersion for experienced yoga teachers to regenerate and refresh in a stunning location.

Yoga trainees on the full 200-hour course will start on the weekend of the 25th & 26th of January and then travel for a week to continue training in Morocco.

The following dates complete the 200-hour training.

We fly to Agadir airport on Saturday 1st February, airport transfers are included.

Flights are not included. Easyjet & Ryanair both fly to Agadir.

This trip is our annual Love Sober yoga retreat as well as an option for yoga teacher training. If you’re a qualified YT looking to develop your skills with a deep dive into lots of yoga, meditation, pranayama and philosophy in the most beautiful setting, this is for you.

As part of the full 200 hours, this is a short flight to Seville from 29th March to 5th April.

You will also need to attend the following dates at Be Yoga Sussex to receive your 200-hour qualification.
